To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:

  • In unused and original condition, with all tags and packaging intact

Non-Refundable Items

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  3. If applicable, include photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s).

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the item(s).

Refund Process

  • After we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect the product to confirm its condition.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
  • Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
