Cancellation Policy

At Ultimate Finds, we strive to process orders as quickly as possible. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at ultimatefindsllc@gmail.com
    . If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
  • After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. You will need to follow our Returns Policy to return the item once it arrives.

How to Cancel Your Order

  1. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
  2. Provide your order number and any relevant details for quick processing.
  3. If your order is already in the shipping process, we will assist you in returning the item once it’s delivered.

Refund Process

Once your cancellation request is approved, and the order is canceled before shipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Changes to Orders

If you wish to modify or change your order (such as adjusting quantities or sizes), please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but changes can only be made before your order is processed and shipped.
